Safe TV?

Liberty 2008 ... for YOUR freedom, faith, and future

TUESDAY, APRIL 22, 2008

While watching TV, listening to the radio ... your child, your grandchild, should be safe.
That youngster should not suddenly be bombarded with obscene words - words that you or I would never say out loud.
But it's been happening - and I want you to know:  the ACLJ is taking aggressive steps at the Supreme Court of the United States to stop it
Stand with us today with your generous online gift as we file an amicus brief arguing for the broadcast airwaves to be governable - for the protection of America's children.
Reckless media programmers say they ''can't control'' what some people say on their stations.
So if your child hears profanity, too bad.
If your grandchild sees a flash of nudity (as in the notorious Super Bowl incident), ''so be it.''
But we say no.  And we are asking the Supreme Court to say no!
